Carter is a major part of Minnesota and North Dakota VEX
Carter has coached 5-6 teams every year for the past three seasons. Carter uses a hands off encouragement approach, which is similarly effective for leadership roles
Carter has also begun emceeing at various robotics events, where he has proven his knack for quick thinking and public speaking!
